Loaner machines rent for $100 a week plus shipping and are based on availability. The rental fee starts on the date the machine ships and ends on the date the machine is returned. Loaner machines must be returned within 3 business days upon the return of your machine.
Shipping charges are your responsibility. Aura is not responsible for returning a machine by a certain date, if you are in a rush, please choose expedited return shipping.
Aura and its suppliers are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or damage caused during return shipping.
Repairs and service can take 7 to 10 business days to complete once the equipment has been received. Repair costs for equipment that is under warranty will be covered.
