AuraWell 3-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Aura Wellness, LLC. (“AuraWell”) warrants that its AuraWell PEMF devices (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser.

This warranty applies only when the Product is purchased directly from AuraWell or from an authorized AuraWell distributor.

What This Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, AuraWell will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the Product using new parts, or
  • Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product of equal or comparable value, or
  • Replace defective components or accessories necessary for normal operation.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or servicing
  • Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance not in accordance with AuraWell instructions
  • Damage caused by power surges, electrical issues, fire, flood, or other acts of nature
  • Loss or corruption of data, software, or firmware
  • Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers

Accessories and Consumables

Accessories and consumable items (including but not limited to applicators, straps, cables, pads, and batteries) are covered for one (1) year from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing by AuraWell.

Warranty Claim Process

To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must:

  1. Contact AuraWell Customer Support at [email protected]  or through an authorized AuraWell representative.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and the Product serial number.
  3. Follow AuraWell instructions regarding troubleshooting, return authorization, and shipping.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Shipping and Handling

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the Product to AuraWell or an authorized service center.

Warranty Transferability

This warranty is transferable 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Product.

AuraWell’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated herein, AuraWell disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which AuraWell Technologies, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
