Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services purchased directly through the AuraWell website or through a AuraWell representative.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • All purchases are subject to a 48-hour cancellation window from the time the order is placed.
  • Orders canceled within 48 hours will receive a full refund, excluding any non-refundable costs already incurred (including shipping or processing fees).
  • Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 12% restocking fee.
  1. Machine & Attachment Purchases
  • Machines and attachments may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund, provided they are returned in good, clean, working condition, as determined solely by AuraWell.
  • All approved returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  1. Non-Refundable Items

Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing by AuraWell, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital products, software, or downloadable content
  • Training programs, certifications, and educational materials
  • Service fees, consultation fees, onboarding fees, or setup fees
  • Custom, special-order, or modified products
  • Used, damaged, or altered products not affected by a verified manufacturing defect
  1. Services and Programs
  • Payments for services, training programs, certifications, memberships, subscriptions, or other non-physical offerings are non-refundable once the service has begun or access has been granted, regardless of usage level.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial completion, missed sessions, or failure to complete a program.
  • Exceptions will only be made if explicitly stated in a separate written agreement signed by AuraWell.
  1. Definition of “Good, Clean, Working Condition”

For a return to be eligible for a refund, equipment must meet all of the following criteria, as determined by AuraWell upon inspection:

  • The equipment is fully functional and operates as originally designed.
  • The equipment shows no signs of physical damage, including but not limited to cracks, dents, frayed cords, exposed wiring, altered components, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications.
  • The equipment is returned in a clean and sanitary condition, free from excessive dirt, residue, fluids, pet hair, odors, or other contaminants.
  • The equipment shows no evidence of misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or use inconsistent with provided instructions.
  • All original components, accessories, attachments, and packaging are included.

AuraWell reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether returned equipment meets these standards.

  1. Cleaning, Repair, and Condition Fees
  • Equipment requiring deep cleaning, refurbishment, or repair beyond standard inspection will be subject to cleaning and/or repair fees, deducted from any approved refund.
  • Equipment returned in unacceptable condition may result in:
    • A reduced refund
    • Additional fees
    • Or denial of a refund altogether
  1. Try Before You Buy (Rental Program)
  • Equipment rented under the Try Before You Buy program is eligible for a 50% refund of rental fees, provided:
    • The equipment is returned on time
    • The equipment is returned in working condition
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Late returns or equipment returned in poor condition may result in forfeiture of all or part of the refund.

AuraWell PEMF devices are intended for wellness and educational purposes only and are not medical devices, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Individual results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
  • Customers are responsible for proper use in accordance with all provided instructions, training materials, and applicable laws or regulations.
  • Refunds will not be issued based on lack of perceived results, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product functionality.

The following costs are non-refundable:

  • Shipping and handling fees
  • Cleaning, repair, or refurbishment fees
  • Fees resulting from misuse, damage, or noncompliance with usage guidelines

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, though processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.

  1. Policy Modifications

AuraWell reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting and will not apply retroactively unless required by law.
